As an assistant coach with the Boston Red Sox, I contributed to the team’s performance and success by providing coaching and instruction in various aspects of the game, such as hitting, infield, outfield, and baserunning. I also supported the manager and other coaches in their roles and responsibilities, and worked with the players to develop their skills and mental toughness.
